Senior position (associate or full) in World Anglophone Literature, Culture, and Theory. Pending final budgetary approval. The candidate should be prominent in such areas as global/postcolonial literary theories, diaspora and subaltern studies, and transnational and Commonwealth literatures (including literatures of migration, asylum-seeking, border crossing, contact zones). The person hired will be asked to develop and modify several courses in this field at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Demonstrated commitment to scholarship, instruction, and service is required; teaching load 2/2 (graduate and undergraduate) and strong research support.
